MEDWAY - The town is almost set to sell 276 acres to a wood mill owner who plans to create what could be the state's first industrial park totally powered by environment-friendly biomass boilers.
Attorneys representing Medway and Dick Day, owner of Day's Lumber Co., should finish the final review of the $40,000 deal within two weeks, both sides said Wednesday. Day hopes to begin construction of the project's first phase by January.See the full content of this document
