BANGOR - An Arizona man who apparently broke into a home business, stole a sport utility vehicle and caused four accidents made his first appearance Thursday in 3rd District Court.
Wearing an orange jumpsuit, Piere Fabiani, 39, of Tucson appeared before District Court Judge Jesse Gunther.
