AUGUSTA - A Clinton man who had been driving for a Brewer septic tank service business prevailed Monday in his claim that he was fired for telling the owner about an unregistered truck.
In his complaint to the Maine Human Rights Commission, Paul Dunphy claimed that Stanley's Septic Tank Service and Construction Co. fired him on Nov. 1, 2004, after Dunphy called the business owner about the lapsed truck registration.See the full content of this document
