Bank of America to Move Offices

BELFAST - MBNA's new owner, Bank of America, said Monday it will vacate its 130,000-square-foot office complex along U.S. Route 1 and consolidate its 1,700 Belfast employees in a newer, bigger complex next door.

The company also reaffirmed its plans to keep its offices in Orono and Brunswick open, announcing the decisions to employees on Monday.
