BELFAST - With health care and fuel costs on the rise, City Manager Joseph Slocum will be looking for savings elsewhere as he begins work on the 2008 city budget.
Slocum said Tuesday that he will hold individual meetings with all city department heads over the next few weeks in an attempt to get an advance sense of what they will require during the coming fiscal year which begins July 1.See the full content of this document
