ROCKLAND - City police on Monday were investigating incidents involving car thefts and a boat that was set adrift.

Deputy Chief Wallace Tower said the first car theft was discovered at 9 a.m. Sunday when Thomaston police stopped a 1989 Toyota being driven by a male juvenile.
