TOWNSHIP 15 RANGE 15 - Department of Homeland Security officials announced Tuesday a pilot program will be implemented next month allowing residents in two Maine townships to cross the border into Quebec 24 hours a day, seven days a week, whether or not Customs officers are on duty at the stations.
While some residents in the sparsely populated Maine townships say they're ecstatic about the program, a few residents in one of the lucky townships said Tuesday that they're not jumping for joy over the news.See the full content of this document
