DOVER-FOXCROFT - Charges continue to mount against a local man who was accused of cruelty to animals after authorities seized 92 dogs in April from a home he shared with his parents and from a kennel on the property.
Mark Hagelin, 45, arrested Monday after eluding police for a week, appeared Tuesday before Justice Joseph Jabar in Piscataquis County Superior Court. Two more counts of violation of bail conditions were added to his pending case.See the full content of this document
