Summary
Unlike Ray Hanscom of Marshfield (BDN, May 17) and most of the Democrats, I do not believe the closure of military facilities has anything to do with politics. In fact, if they will check the record of their idol, President Clinton, they will find massive closures during his tenure.
My problem is the clusters of facilities located in one area, especially the arms manufacturing industry. A check of history will reveal that one of Germany's downfalls during World War II was the consolidation of its factories.See the full content of this document
