STONINGTON - Island voters on Tuesday upheld last week's decision adopting a $5.9 million school budget for the coming year.
In the combined vote from Deer Isle and Stonington, the budget passed by a vote of 189-139. Voters in both towns favored the budget. In Stonington, it passed by a 53-23 vote. In Deer Isle, the vote was 136-116.See the full content of this document
