DOVER-FOXCROFT - To better track the activity of game wardens and to streamline its paper trail, the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife began the new year with a new computer-aided dispatch program.
Under the new system, all of the investigations and service calls will be recorded in a computer system that not only will eliminate time-consuming paperwork, but also will help dispatchers determine which wardens are working on a given day and which are the closest to handle certain complaints, according to Deborah Turcotte, DIF&W's acting director of public information and education.See the full content of this document
