Driver Indicted in Greenbush Crash

BANGOR - A woman who was seriously injured last year in a Greenbush crash was indicted Monday by the Penobscot County grand jury for manslaughter and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Teresa Babbitt, 47, of Lincoln was driving north on Route 2 in Greenbush on Nov. 30 when the 1992 Subaru Loyale station wagon she was driving crossed the centerline and struck a sedan driven by Maria Fontaine, 46, of Burlington, who was killed instantly.
