NORTHPORT - The fourth annual University of Maine Geriatric Colloquium "Hidden but not Forgotten: Early Trauma and Later Life" will be held 8 a.m.-4:15 p.m. Friday, May 1, at Point Lookout Resort and Conference Center, 67 Atlantic Highway.
The colloquium will address survivors of many kinds of trauma, including childhood physical and sexual abuse, combat experiences, natural disasters and historical events. It is sponsored by the Hartford Partnership Program for Aging Education at the University of Maine, the University of Maine School of Social Work, the University of Maine Center on Aging and the Maine Gerontological Society.See the full content of this document
