BANGOR - Investigators re-interviewed witnesses and sought more clues to the identity of a man wearing a gorilla mask who wielded a knife and robbed a Bangor man Monday night.
The masked man assaulted the resident, cutting him with what initially was reported to be a sword but which police now said they suspected was a large knife. The robber fled the apartment at 69 First St. with a safe containing prescription medicines. A witness said he also was wearing a black and white shirt.See the full content of this document
