DEXTER - A 17-year-old Garland boy accused of stealing a vehicle from Tri County Technical School on Friday will make his initial court appearance next month in 3rd District Court in Newport.
The theft was discovered Friday on Church Street, where Cpl. Alan Grinnell stopped a motorist whose vehicle had a loud exhaust, according to Dexter Police Chief Art Roy. The boy was at the wheel of the vehicle, he said.See the full content of this document
