BANGOR - A Penobscot County jury on Thursday found Thomas Rafferty of Bangor not guilty of arson after a day-and-a-half-long trial.
Rafferty, 53, and Lloyd A. Trask, 48, of Bangor were indicted in August by the Penobscot County grand jury for setting fire to a mattress in an apartment on First Street in Bangor on June 6.See the full content of this document
