HAMPDEN - Nearly 6 miles of public roads remain unpaved in Hampden. Among the worst of them is Fowler Road, which turned to mush after a recent thaw and generated complaints from residents.
On the Town Council's agenda Monday night was a discussion about if and when to pave Fowler Road, along with the other 4 miles of town-owned gravel roads.See the full content of this document
