Summary
In regard to the house at 12 Beech St. in East Millinocket ("House's activities upset neighbors," BDN, June 22) that authorities had to clean up because of the odors coming from piled up rubbish and other debris; neighbors complained about the activities going on all hours of the day and night.
The young man who died there in January from a lethal dose of methadone was my first-born grandchild. This is a loss that doesn't go away. It stays with you forever. What becomes of the young children living in this type of environment? Something more than cleaning up the outside has to be done.
