Summary

A 5-year-old resident of Bog Road in Hermon who was riding his bike Sunday afternoon had his arm and leg broken when he was hit by a passing vehicle driven by a local teenager, Penobscot County Sheriff's Department Deputy David Quinn said Sunday. Names are not being released because of the age of those involved, and no charges are going to be filed against the vehicle driver, Quinn said.
