Summary
Imagine that missiles are stored in your local elementary school, place of worship and neighbor's home and then shot toward population centers of the adjoining country; this can be done so quickly that it takes only 10 minutes to get the missile outside, set it up, fire it and go back inside. The group firing these weapons is a militia that the United Nations and your government has said should be disarmed.
Your country's government doesn't prevent the militia from receiving arms, disarm them or force them to move the missiles out of civilian areas. The country that has been attacked drops fliers telling people to leave. More than 150 missiles have come from your town into their country (and 100 each day from your country) and they intend to protect their people, as any nation would. Still your government doesn't stop the missiles from being fired from your town, evacuate you or build bomb shelters.See the full content of this document
