ROCKLAND - A former jail inmate has filed a court document reserving his right to sue Knox County and some of its employees for more than $400,000 for an alleged sexual assault by two fellow jail inmates in December.

The man alleges he was sexually assaulted by two male inmates while jailed between Dec. 23 and 29.
