BANGOR - A suspected burglar, a convicted sex offender and a man believed to have contributed to the overdose death of a Glenburn woman were among 35 people indicted Monday by the Penobscot County grand jury.
Brooks D. Kenney, 23, of Bangor was indicted on 15 counts of burglary, 13 counts of theft and one count each of robbery and assault.
