BANGOR - Maine Supreme Judicial Court justices Tuesday battered an attorney with questions about the defense theory that an Abbot man was not driving the car when his friends were killed more than three years ago.
Heath St. Louis, 24, was sentenced in June 2007 to 10 years in prison with all but 31/2 years suspended. He was convicted four months earlier by a jury in Piscataquis County Superior Court on two counts of manslaughter.
