Lincoln to Seek Bids for New Town Hall

LINCOLN - The Town Council took initial steps toward moving the town office from the local Masonic lodge to a new building that Town Manager Glenn Aho would like to see on Main Street, officials said Wednesday.

The council voted 7-0 Monday night to give Aho permission to seek cost estimates for a space-needs assessment for a new town hall or leased building. The building would meet town needs for 10 to 30 or more years, Aho said.
