LINCOLN - In the three weeks since Sargent Materials opened its gravel and cement operations plant on West Broadway, business has been brisk, general manager Pat Dubay says.
"It's been picking up every day," Dubay said. "It's still early in the [construction] season, but we have gotten off to a good start with the early spring. We're averaging about 10 to 15 contractors [hauling away loads] a day."See the full content of this document
