PHILADELPHIA - The University of Maine men's and women's track teams turned in two school-record performances at the 111th annual Penn Relays, but did no better than a ninth-place finish.
The men's distance medley relay team of Paul Rupprecht, Scott O'Connor, Portland's Donald Drake and Topsham's Edward Caron set a school record with a time of 9 minutes, 57.28 seconds to place ninth.
