BANGOR - A man charged New Year's Eve with drunken driving in Brewer - his second charge of operating under the influence of intoxicants in five weeks - was sentenced Monday at the Penobscot Judicial Center to two days in jail for the first incident and 10 days for the second.
Leonard Partridge, 39, of Brewer was ordered to serve the sentences concurrently in the Penobscot County Jail after pleading guilty to drunken driving on Nov. 25 in Waterville and on Dec. 31 in Brewer. In addition, District Court Judge Bruce Jordan ordered Partridge to pay a $600 fine on each charge. His driver's license was suspended for 90 days on each charge.See the full content of this document
