CALAIS - The only people who seem happy with a proposed school administration reorganization plan are the state lawmakers who passed the law and the governor who signed it.
Other than that, it was clear Tuesday during a meeting on the plan that folks in eastern Washington County are wondering how area communities will pull off the reorganization mandate given the ambitious timeline the state has imposed.
