ORLAND - Residents will discuss a proposal to ban personal watercraft on Rocky Pond during a public hearing set for 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 8, at the town hall.
The proposal came to the town as a request from 24 camp owners around Rocky Pond concerned about the increased activity of Jet Skis on the 153-acre pond located in the eastern corner of the town.
