GARLAND - A Hartland woman was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants Monday after she lost control of her vehicle and it rolled onto its roof on Route 7.
Alice Norwood, 46, had been traveling toward Dover-Foxcroft at about 6 p.m. when her older-model Buick struck a snowbank and the vehicle rolled over, according to Trooper Christopher Cookson of the Maine State Police, who went to the scene along with Garland firefighters.See the full content of this document
