Pay Dues, Make Demands

Summary

Imagine a gym where nonmembers can use the gym at no cost, as long as those with membership keep subsidizing them. How long do you think that would last before dues-paying members demanded that everyone pay for what they get? Until recently, this is exactly what happened between dues-paying members of MSEA-SEIU Local 1989 and those who chose not to join.
