BREWER - The Penobscot County Sheriff's Office, Penobscot County Emergency Management Agency and Penobscot County Triad Coalition are holding a free seminar Sept. 18 on preparing for disasters.
"This will be a one-day seminar on citizen preparedness and response, should a major incident ever occur in Penobscot County," the sheriff's department website states. "There is no cost for attendance or the meals.
