LINCOLN - A 17-year-old local boy was in protective custody at Penobscot Valley Hospital in Lincoln late Monday after police disarmed him at his Lee Road home and took him into custody, Police Chief William Flagg said.
Officers responded shortly after 3 p.m. Monday to a 911 call about a domestic violence issue at the house, according to Flagg.
