BREWER - Anika Powers doubled in a run and Erica Hutchins added a fielder's choice RBI as visiting Deer Isle-Stonington plated two runs in the top of the eighth inning to score a 16-15 upset of Katahdin of Stacyville in high school softball action Monday.

Powers added three singles, and Shana Weeks led Deer Isle- Stonington with three singles, a double and four RBIs. Goldie Garcia had two singles, a double and three RBIs.
