PRESQUE ISLE - A local man and woman were arrested Tuesday after allegedly making a false claim that someone stole the man's car and used it in a high-speed chase, according to Detective Wayne Selfridge of the Presque Isle Police Department.
Robert Charette, 34, and Lorraine Webb-Davenport, 51, both of Presque Isle, are scheduled to appear on July 28 in Presque Isle District Court on charges related to a high-speed chase that occurred on May 7.See the full content of this document
