ROCKLAND - Now that the local railroad's excursion trains are starting for the season, the emission of diesel fumes in the neighborhood of the Union Street station has become a problem again.

"The excursion season hasn't really started," said Sandra Schramm at the City Council public comments period Monday night. "Already, we are smelling fumes, and I want to tell you something, diesel fumes stink."
