River Coalition Receives $50,000 King Foundation Gives for 2nd Year in a Row

OLD TOWN - The River Coalition has received a $50,000 grant from the Stephen and Tabitha King Foundation for the second year in a row. The grant funds the majority of the organization's general operating costs for the year, Executive Director Michael Crooker explained Thursday.

"Had we not received last year's grant, we wouldn't necessarily have been able to continue," he said.
