Summary
Since the Oronoka restaurant closed we have not seen one letter of recognition for all the work of Ellen Severance, the cook and irreplaceable employee. She has a wonderful personality and made everyone who came in the door welcome and comfortable.
She is a great cook and was the person responsible for keeping the place running smoothly. She made the Oronoka a very special, relaxing, happy, restful place to go and unwind at the end of a long day, or for her great buffet on Saturday night.See the full content of this document
