ENFIELD - Stephen Grey says he would like to see SAD 31 regionalize, or consolidate with another school administrative district, but he doesn't see much chance of it happening.

"I don't think they [members of SAD 31's board of directors] are giving enough weight to it, but if they were to look into it, they would see it as a win-win, for the communities and especially the students," Grey, 68, said last week.
