SANGERVILLE - Selectmen are moving ahead with legal action against a property owner whose home is considered unsafe and uninhabitable and have taken a wait-and-see attitude with the owner of another building which is considered to be in deplorable condition.
Town Attorney Eric Stumpfel has been asked to proceed with legal action against the owner of the North Main Street property, according to Sangerville Town Manager Dick Drummond. He said efforts to get the Coffin family to comply with a directive to repair the building have failed, and there has been no response from family members to recent correspondence.See the full content of this document
