Summary
I have known Donnie Smith for many years. For two years I had the opportunity to work with him in the public schools. He was the school resource officer for several school districts while I was the prevention specialist for SAD 77.
Since that time I have worked with him in various organizations. The common thread running through those groups is the desire to make a positive difference in Washington County in its battle against substance abuse. Smith shares that desire and is responsible for bringing one of those groups, Washington County Residents Against Drugs, to Maine.See the full content of this document
