TRENTON - An accident that claimed two lives early Saturday morning in Trenton is under investigation to see whether alcohol or excessive speed were factors.
According to Maine State Police Sgt. Tim Varney, the accident occurred just after 1 a.m. on Route 3 when a 2000 Ford pickup truck driven by Jon Dow, 23, of Hampden crossed the centerline.
