ELLSWORTH - The first session in a monthly series on "Living Well: Spirituality, Illness, Health and Well-Being" will be held 1- 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, at the Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center, 3 High St.
Facilitator Sara Hayman Huisjen, hospice chaplain with Hancock County HomeCare and Hospice, will speak on difficulties faced by people living with a serious illness who ask questions about issues related to spirituality. The program will meet one day a month and participants will be invited to enter into a supported process of storytelling, active listening to each other and self-reflection that seeks to delve into spirituality as a source of struggle and strength.See the full content of this document
