MILLINOCKET - A trailer park owner's tenacity and a detective's memory led to the summoning of three Medway people - two adults and a juvenile - and the recovery of a stolen trailer worth about $4,000, police said Thursday.

David Powers, 46, was issued a summons on a charge of receiving stolen property, a Class C felony. Freddy King, 19, of Medway and a 17-year-old male were summoned for theft, a Class C felony. The three were charged Aug. 13 and are due in Millinocket District Court on Oct. 8, police said.
