Summary
Trish Riley and I have politely disagreed about the Dirigo Health program since its inception. I was not pleased to have been proved right when I said that they could not possibly reach the projected enrollment numbers.
But, she is right on the money when she says that we need a national health care policy. We all need to think long and hard about why the United States (compared to other countries worldwide) pays twice as much for care, without receiving either better outcome results or a higher quality of care.See the full content of this document
