Summary
I am outraged that the government will once again be using our tax dollars to clean up toxic chemical spills when Social Security and Medicare are going bankrupt and funds are being cut from essential programs. This time MTBE's manufacturers will more than likely gain protection from liability lawsuits with yet another law aimed to protect the very ones we need protection from.
