Summary
It seems odd to me that some people feel they are safer because of the actions of President Bush and his administration, since these same actions have put fear in my heart ever since Sept. 11, 2001. After that tragic day, the United States had the goodwill of much of the world - and the Bush administration squandered it.
A war on terrorism needs to be fought very differently from conventional wars. We need cooperation and help from other governments and their citizens in order to track down terrorists and freeze their assets. The number of people willing to join forces with the terrorists will dwindle if we are perceived as a country that cares about the well being of the world.See the full content of this document
