BREWER - A 23-year-old Old Town man was arrested last week on a charge of aggravated drug trafficking after state drug agents interrupted his plans to deliver marijuana to a Brewer customer.
The arrest happened at about 6:30 p.m. last Thursday, after investigators with the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency learned that Joshua James Oakes was going to be making a delivery to a customer in Brewer, according to Garry Higgins, MDEA supervisory special agent for the Bangor area.See the full content of this document
