ACADIA NATIONAL PARK - Law enforcement officials have executed a search warrant and are close to filing charges in a vandalism case at one of the park's campgrounds, a ranger said Thursday.
The Dec. 8 incident involved someone driving an all-terrain vehicle into a restroom partition and using it to smash lights along a path at Seawall Campground in Southwest Harbor. Rangers have estimated more than $2,000 in damage was done to the campground, which had closed for the winter when the vandalism occurred.See the full content of this document
