ROCKLAND - A handful of residents showed up Monday to sound off on train whistles blowing at certain crossings in the city.

The meeting was called by Mayor Brian Harden after a barrage of complaints June 15 when a special train for the North Atlantic Blues Festival blasted its horn at 4:30 a.m., disturbing the peace.
